Advices about having a healthy or unhealthy lifestyle

     If you’re looking for an improvement in your life, becoming more attractive or simply feeling better with yourself, you will surely want to take a look at some advice you should consider on to be it…


1.       You should moderate the amount of food you are consuming in your daily routine because if you feel that you are full after a meal, you shouldn’t pressure your body to eat more than what your stomach can hold.

2.       If you play too many videogames or have some other kind of vice and you want to leave it, you should try diverse activities around you in order to find a healthier hobby such as an individual or team sport, cooking, playing an instrument or even programming on your computer.

                                            


3.       For depression issues, what many people do and as a matter of fact it works against it, you could try meditating about 5 to 10 minutes per day, think gratefully for what you have, for your family and friends and in consequence you’ll begin to realize how lucky you are to be alive.




4.       For the exercise not many people have time to do, you should not pressure yourself nor compare your progress with others, but you can always start by doing little things such as push-ups or squats, and in time, you can add more and more exercises but you must start by doing it.

5.       You shouldn’t try any kind of drugs, but if you do, you must never let other people influence you to keep taking them, and look for actual friends and family who you know they’d never harm you.

6.       Finally, eat fruits and vegetables, mostly green, and do not stop consuming meat unless you can supply them, since it is a rich source of proteins necessary for growth. 

7.       Everyone should sleep eight hours a day, however, as we cannot always do it at least try to sleep six hours, but not more than ten.




8.       If you feel bad, do not self-medicate because you could make your problem worse or do another.




9.       You should brush your teeth every day at least twice a day but it is better if you wash them after each meal for at least two minutes.





10.      You should drink at least two liters of water a day but without sugar.





11.        If you get dirty with something or touch something that you do not know where they come from, try to wash your hands, either with antibacterial gel or with soap and water for at least twenty seconds.





12.       In situations like the one we currently live in, we spend a lot of time locked up in our homes but we must try to sunbathe daily for at least one minute.
