Excercise is an esencial part of daily life, and as part of it are sports. Sports have a great impact on people's development, mainly beacause they basicly consist of exercise transformed into an activity design to be competitive an fun to practice, turning it something less painfuly to do. As a matter of fact, they also have a positive inference on childhood to adulthood transition, by improving necesary skills to deal with some usual issues in the future. As an example to this, soccer can help to develop attitudes of goodsportsmanship, respect for the authority, for team mates and the oposite team and also increasing the players selfsteem. All this benefits of course accompanied by the excercise benefit.

Individual sporting would help accelerating your competition skills, under your own rulership.
